Q:Where is your factory?
Our factories are located in HUIZHOU city, 1 hour away from SHENZHEN airport.


Q:What is your company's capability? 
We are one of  the largest vacuum forming factory in China , our work area more than 15000 Sqare meters, more than 60+ sets machines ,,we start form designing ,the mold ,plastic sheet,vacuum forming,6-axis CNC cutting ,screen printing,screen printing ,oil sparying and assembly ,to achive a complete production line factory !

 

Q:What specifications do we need in a quotation?

Customers provide 3D design drawing or sufficient info ( length x width x height x thickness, material, colors etc) and we'll reply you within 24 hours in working day. 

 

Q:What's the delivery time?

Usually within 30 days after order confirmation, depends on your quantity.

 

Q:Can you make customized products?

Yes, we do. Just send us detailed information or the sample, tell us your order quantity, we will check the cost and reply ASAP. 

 

Q:Would it be possible to order a sample of product?

Yes, of course. You can make sample order first then bulk orders.

 

Q:How to control the products quality?

- Check and confirm using the standard material before the bulk production.

- Tracing all of the phase of production from the beginning to the end.

- Check the quality again before packing.

- Check the packing before shipment.

- Third party inspection is acceptable.
