What's is vacuum forming?
Vacuum forming is a simplified version of thermoforming, whereby a sheet of plastic is heated to a forming temperature, stretched onto or into a single-surface mold, and held against the mold by applying a vacuum between the mold surface and the sheet. The vacuum forming process can be used to make most product packaging and speaker casings. It is also used to fabricate car dashboards. The first commercial manufacturer of vacuum-formed plastics was Robinson Industries of Coleman, Michigan.

2013 :HuiZhou Ameixin Plastic Co., Ltd was formally established.The company introduces 30 sets of Heavy Gauge Vacuum Forming machines, 2 sets of large plastic sheet extrusion machines, 5 sets of CNC mold machine,7 sets of 5 -axis CNC machine,18 sets of 3-axis CNC,2.5 meters large 5 axis reciprocating engine,The screen printing department and prototype department increased by 1,000square meters, practiced dustless workshop management,Ameixin has officially become the industry's first one stop thick sheet vacuum forming factory from the processing of plastic raw material particles to finished products.
2012
The 18,000-square-meter factory building independently built by the company has been officially completed.The factory building is located in QiuchangTown, Huiyang District,Huizhou City,and it is bordered by Pingshan District,Shenzhen City.lt only takes thirty minutes by driving.

In 2000:ShenZhen XinXing special Vacuum Forming was established,As the first large.scale Heavy Gauge Vacuum Forming Factory In Guang Dong province, Dexin Zou the founder introduced the Heavy Gauge Vacuum Forming technology from overseas and successfully developed and manufactured the first Heavy Gauge Vacuum Forming machine in Guangdong.
